Order & Cancelation Policy

Placing Your Order

All Savourie items are made fresh to order. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before your selected delivery time. If you require a rush order, please contact us directly to check availability.

For larger orders, including table setups, corporate catering, or orders of more than four trays, we kindly ask that you book at least 10 days in advance to ensure availability and allow us to prepare your event with the attention it deserves.

Receiving Your Order

To ensure your order is delivered safely:

• Orders will be handed directly to the person named on the order. A valid photo ID may be requested upon delivery.
• For apartment or condominium buildings, orders will be delivered to the building lobby, unless otherwise arranged.
• If you would like your order left at the door, please select "Leave at door if no answer" when placing your order.
• If no one is available to receive the order and no leave-at-door request has been provided, our driver will wait for 15 minutes before departing.

Freshness & Product Care

Every Savourie order is prepared fresh on the day of delivery and arrives ready to serve. Our products are intended to be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature and are not delivered hot. Temperature-sensitive items, including dairy-based products, are carefully packed with ice to maintain freshness during transit.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, modifications cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun. Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup may not be possible.

Cancellations

Because our products are handcrafted and prepared specifically for each order, cancellations are subject to the following:

• More than 7 days before delivery: Full refund.
• 3–7 days before delivery: 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours before delivery: No refund.

Custom & Event Orders

Custom orders, corporate catering, and table styling services require advance planning and purchasing of ingredients and materials. These orders are non-refundable within 10 days of the scheduled event.
